Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NextShortFilms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. User-Generated Content

NextShortFilms allows directors to upload short films and viewers to browse, watch, and comment on content.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You may not upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, infringing, spam, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report objectionable films and comments, and block abusive creators from any film page. Blocked creators are immediately removed from your feed, and reports are sent to our moderation team for review within 24 hours.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion permanently removes your account, films, and profile data.
